Poor Service and Troubleshooting That Does Not Fix the Issue

The service that I've been receiving from Xfinity is very poor. When I call, they walk me through a process for me to fix the issue but, it does not get fixed. I would like to file a complaint and ask that something be done. Service needs to be improved or provide a full credit until it is fixed.
