Sent for an introductory offer on the 1staugust, no goods arrived, on the 15th of august a much larger sum was taken from my account, still no goods have been received. My bank has stopped any further payments.
On phoning the company they asked for a form, a p58 from the post office fill in sections 4&5 and i would get a full refund. Further phone calls stated that they could give me a refund because i had not registered the letter, and had no proof of posting..
