My complaint is the same as so many others - slimtone plus offers a "free" trial of their products but then makes it almost impossible to return their goods so they take £75 from your account before you can get in touch with them to get a returns number and return the goods before the direct debit begins. I have been trying for days to contact the company but to no avail.
