I had money taken from my bank account via debit card i never order anything so i got the bank to call the person who took it and it was slimtone plus i have written to them i have emailed them and phoned them and this is what they have said copy of email

To me

I dont see why i should send them any forms as this is not my doing i can only assume my pc was hacked or my card details where stolen from some where what should i do next

Thank you for your email. We can provide you refund only if you send us the lost parcel form from the post office. If you are not able to send the lost parcel form we must wait Royal Mail to return the undelivered goods back to us to process a refund. Please note that it may take 30-45 days. Once we receuve the products back we will issue the refund.
