This in followup to a complaint I submited on SEpt 7 We are still in limbo. The ad said we would get to complete packages of the precision cooktop just to pay shipping and handling for the second set. The devil is in the details. Said we would pay 3 payments of #33.33. That being said it didnot say that we would pay the shipping and handling on the first set. The staff has been nothing but elusive. Cann't talk to a live person on the phone. Through emails when they do respond they memic the same thing. You didn't pay the shipping and handling for the second set. The infomercial said you only get will get the complete second set for free and that you can keep all the pots just send back the cooktop.
We only got one set of pots. Don't do busines with this company. The shippingand handling for these products is more the product is worth. If you go to the website and leave it before ordering they will try and entice you telling you that shipping is only $29.95. Godd luck with that. We are trying to block the company from charging the extra two payments but not sure if we are going to suceed. Will cance the card out if not. Going to file with the attorney general's office
