I purchased a box of the Sun-Dried Tomatto & Basil

Snack crackers on the 19th. Of Feb. 2012. I had some for lunch today (2-20) I noticed they have burnt edges that taste really bad due to the burnt edges. The package says 100 % satisfaction guarenteed. Who do I contact the right party? I purchased them in Hutchinson Mn. I've bought them before without a problem. Signed Not a Happy Customer.
