Was sold a service agreement on July 16th for washer and dryer the dryer was supposed to need a motor waited for motor to be shipped then a tech installed it dryer worked for one load of cloths then stopped working. Scheduled another appointment which they cancelled said tech called out sick. Rescheduled appointment tech said it was a fuse in the computer board. Dryer again worked for one load of cloths and stopped scheduled another appointment tech called in sick rescheduled another appointment and replaced fuse again dryer worked for one load again then stopped, tech came out agin and said the heater was not shutting off causing the fuse to go replaced thermostat dryer worked for one cycle and then stopped called to schedule yet another appointment was told the 19th of September. Looking for a refund or dryer to be replaced
