Stated that he could not board plane headed to the states (Buffalo, NY.); because he had to pay a luggage and activation fee. Asked for $1500.00, which was sent via Western Union. Then asked for more money which I did not send. Stated he needed a totl of $3000.00 just to board plane for luggage and allowance fees.
