I asked Richard Wynn, a debt collector at Bank of America on Aug. 25th, to let me know when I will be placed in Foreclosure and I have a forwarding address, so he sent the letter dated Aug. 24th stating that I am in foreclosure with foreclosure/trustee fees totaling 1930.00. They gave me the number to take this up with their attorneys so I faxed a letter to them and got a reply stating I need to take this up with Bank of America. I have reinstated my mortgage in the time allowed and am being ripped off for the attorney/trustee fees. Please help.
