A Nightmare via BOA

Bank of America and their accelerated foreclosure process put my property in foreclosure when payments were at Bank of America sitting in an account called MRC. The payments were made via BOA on-line bill pay, however, the payments had an account number that was no longer with BOA. The funds however, were not returned, but kept. Therefore, I had no knowledge payments were not being applied until I received a notice of foreclosure from a company BOA obtain to physcally carry out the foreclosure auction sale.

The company Orlans, informed me of a sale date, whereas, BOA says there is no sale date yet... Duh...
In order for me to re-instate my mortgage I have to pay an additional $1400.in attorney fees...

How is it that each and every time I contact BOA, no one absuluty no one had any authority to do anything, everybody had a script to read and they read it over and over again.

The right dosn't know what the left is doing, the back dosn't know what the front is doing, the top dosn't know where the bottom is... But everyone can follow the script just like a computer...
BOA agreed to return my payments and apply them to correct mortgage, but they will not reverse the foreclosure forcing me to pay an additional $1400 in attorney fees.
Unfortuntly, with this kind of screw up, I overnight my mortgage re-instatement payment to BOA, but, based upon BOA performance I would have to wait and see if that even works.
When all is said and done, I wont my $1400. Back

I really think this is one you will not be able to do anything about.
