Hi,

I have paid a £200 deposit for BT openzone to come and fit some lines. We placed this order via Wizz Telecoms with someone called Jim Barnes. He advised me that they will be installing lines and the remainder balance will be due then. Unfortunatly this never happened. I have since tried to contact him with no success.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
