I am a injured off-shore worker, who was involved in the clean up of oil from the bp's horizon well. I suffered chemical burns to my lungs which destroyed 32% of same and is climbing. No entity, bp or the federal government have helped at all. May be settled on 11/8 but for the past 2.5 years have been kept alive by the help of relatives after i filed bankruptcy due to med. Bills. My relatives and past employer would transfer cash to the card and i would use the card to pay for medication. Today amex refused to allow me to use the money in my account to buy said medication because it had only been 4 days that they have had the money it was advertised that it would be 3-5 business days but it is very firmly 5 business days, i offered to pay a fee so as to be able to sleep tonight but was denied, i talked to three different people who besides having in common a indian accent, also never heard of the horizon oil well event. I explained to them i had no other means to get the very much need inhaler, and that they had said it was 3-5 business days and they acknowledged they had the money but to no avail, i will have a bad night
