3/7/09 we purchase a ge stove and microwave hood, the hood has continually been broken and finally bluew up last week. We want them to credit us for a new one. It was a design flaw, they had to remodel and design the replacement item. We purchased the replacemed ge microwave hood tonight at sears for $1000 and we would like them to credit us for the last purchase through sears.
