This company is a total scam, charging postage for a product knowing they rip you off as the product doesnt work. Then to return the product you have to pay postage again to get back the 120.00 pounds they have automatically taken out of your account without your permission. This is only if within the 14 days otherwise you have to ring the 08 telephone number (you are kept on the phone for so long). I only noticed a forum of complaints about this product and the scam after placing the order which was by then too late to cancel agreement. The banks are totally useless as their hands are tied as it is an autoshipment payment, which automatically goes out of your account. Banks cannot do a refund for the money going out. Please be wary!!! When I did get a refund I only got 50% back.
