I signed up for the 14 day free trial, I paid the postage therefore giving them my bank details. The product arrived and in fact it was for 30 days not 14. I tried the product it made me violently ill within the first 4 days, i phoned the company they advised i send all of the product back which i did recorded delivery, i returned the product middle of November with a covering letter i asked that the company does not take any money from my account without my expressed permission. I now find they have taken £75.00 out of my bank account in December, I rang them, they said they did not recieve the product back, because i have lost the recorded delivery track and trace number, they are refusing to reimburse me, the post office report to me that they do not keep a on file record of recorded deliveries. I want my money back, what do i do?
