Company lost parcel delivered to Spain. Waited a month for them to return item. They originally lost the item, then found it but said we have to pay another fee just for it to be returned to the shop. Also are not able to give us an invoice to pay for parcel to be sent back to us. Very poor customer service. Our customer has been waiting a month and STILL cannot tell them when they will receive package. I would avoid this company. Quick enough to take your money though! Avoid avoid avoid!!!
