Still waiting for a refund - avoid

The tablet was of poor quality so I emailed them immediately to return it under the distance selling regulations. Multiple emails later they finally give a returns number and an address. After paying £9 postage to return the item to them it arrives back with me from the post office saying that nobody collected the parcel. Still waiting for a refund - avoid!
