Responded to a Craigslist ad for a cheap apartment rental. Her response is below:
Hey,
I'm replying to your email about the 1BR condo I have for rent in Ballston. Sorry I'm just now getting back with you about it, but the emails from the ad weren't going into my Inbox for some reason. (I was wondering why nobody was interested in the condo lol) I just found them all right as I was about to leave for lunch, so now I'm trying to respond to everyone as quickly as I can this afternoon. I've gone ahead and listed as many details about the unit as I could think of to try and answer everyone's questions. If you have a any other questions, I'll be happy to answer them.
If you'd like to schedule an appointment to tour the unit and the building, you can send me your info thru the unit's rental prequalifying page at: http://www.prequalified.Co/prequalify/ashleywhite/Studio/48534 I do understand if it may seem like a bit of an inconvenience to some people, but there's just no way I'd be able to meet with everyone who's said they want to come see the apartment. I have to arrange for a babysitter whenever I meet someone at the bldg, so I really need to only make appointments with people who are seriously interested.
