Miscellaneous

Found an apartment listing through craigslist, and after contacting, received the following email from "Amy Duncan" (amyduncan@frbomail.com, edited for personal info):

"Hi,
I'm replying to your email about the [snip] I have for rent in [snip]. Sorry I'm just now getting back with you about it, but the emails from the ad weren't going into my Inbox for some reason. (I was wondering why nobody was interested in the condo lol) I figured out which email folder they were going into just as I was about to leave for lunch, so now I'm trying to get the info about it out to everyone as quickly as I can this afternoon. I've gone ahead and listed as many details about the unit as I could think of to try and answer everyone's questions. If you have a any other questions, just let me know.

If you'd like to schedule an appointment to tour the apt. And the building, you can send me your info thru the unit's rental prequalifying page at: http://www.prequalified.Co/prequalify/amyduncan/Condo/43021 I do understand if it may seem like a bit of an inconvenience to some people, but there's just no way I'd be able to meet with everyone who's said they want to come see the apartment. I have to arrange for a babysitter whenever I meet someone at the bldg, so I really need to only make appointments with people who are seriously interested.
Thanks again for your interest, and have a great afternoon!
Amy

P.S. I'm going to take my ad down this afternoon because I know I won't have enough time to answer any more new emails.
So you'll have first shot at it if you're still interested."

Prequalified asked for suspicious amounts of information and hocked a credit score site. Found complaints here and decided to add mine to the list. Should have known it was too good to be true from the price.
