I was billed for a extra phone line for six mounthes. When I realized that this was the reason my bill was so high, Verison agreed to credt me $140 of the $480 I was overcharged. If I want to leave Verison a early termination fee would be charged.in my conversation with Verison it was evident that this is a common accurance. Personal were well versed in dealing with this matter. How many cusomers have been taken advantage of in this way.
