I own a Northtrail Travel Trailer. The front end cap and the driver side side panels are beginning to delaminate. The trailer has been out of warranty for 1.5 years. I called the customer satisfaction dept. And was told there is nothing that they can do and the problem is mine alone. The first bid I received for repairs is for $5,000. Give me a break. Heartland is acting just like the American car companies of 25 or 30 years ago. Out of warranty? Sorry, your problem.
