Hi just want people to know that i informed my bank about this company and although they cant refund my p&p my account is now under surveilance for the company and they will refund me evry time if they take it out, they explained because i have canceled through this still proof even if it is an automated message and to keep doing this as proof and keep these emails. They will eventually give up trying to take money as they get a huge fine after each transaction they make, which explains why people have only been charged once. He stressed that you will be refunded by the company but it is actually the bank that is doing this as it has been repoted by the account holder. The only way you stop all this is to report it to visa and mastercard and the will keep survielance on this company. He explained that you should not ring the number as it is based in america so you will get a big bill, email is better as it is written proof by yourself that you have canceled all orders but you must do it for both companies and it is free. You need to print and flag all emails if the bank and visa need to dispute this, keep cancelling right up to the 14 day trial as you have cancelled even if you get the automated response if proof they have not got back to you. The man also explained that you do not need to send them back as they will try to take the money either way, but still insist on the returns number so you have proof. He explained that you may not even get them during the trial anyway, if you dont still email them you have not recieved them, and you do not wish to recieve any more and have canceled and informed the bank.
He also said do not take the tablets as they could be fake and a fake label put on them and could harm your health. He again stressed you must report it to the bank or they will be able to take money and there is nothjing you can do, im glad i did. He gave me an email address for reporting it to the police, because although they have been inundated with calls about the company and are investigating them there is only so much they can do. You fill in a form online and will recieve a crime number the more people alert them the more police can put a stop this company
