I called Walmart in Halfmoon, NY because the Troy, NY store did not have what i needed. I asked someone in customer service (name unknown) if they had school locker shelves. She said yes. I told her i did not want to drive 18up miles round trip if they didn't have them. I then asked if they had them in stock. She said they did. After drivi g there and looking in school section and in stationary I could not find them. There were no personnel in either department. I went to nearest department and asked for help. That woman asked via intercom where they could be found and she was told in the school section. That woman then went to school section with me and there were no school locker shelves. Due to wasted time looking for product and driving the 18 miles my husband was therefore late to work. I shop there all the time and have never had a problem. If they tell me by phone they have the product i need they should be sure they have it. It cost me time and money to not find what i needed.
