On June 26th I signed a contract with Roy Taber, Family Hearing Aid Center, Hillsboro, Or (NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH FAMILY HEARING AID CENTER, TROUTDALE, OR.) On June 27th I cancelled the order. I cancelled by phone and followed with a registered letter. (it was returned later "Moved. Left no address) He insisted the cancellation couldn't be done. I contacted the Senior Services, Mult Co and they helped to get the man to sign a promisary note that the $1,000.00 would be refunded to me in 10 working days. It wasn't. Mult Co got Legal Services involved. They sent two letters - both returned "Moved, left no address".

Sure I want my money but just as much I want to warn all elderly people to be on guard - and the non-elderly too.
