Ripoff sent check received cancelled check no hearing aid victimized many consumers

I am the caretaker of an elderly woman who is on a fixed income and hard of hearing. She thought it would be helpful to try a cheap hearing aide. I helped her fill out the paperwork, wrote the check and sent it in. This was about 8 weeks ago. We have not heard a word from J D Marvel Products, however did receive the cancelled check. I think it's totally disgusting to rip off the poor and elderly.
