I would like my title

I michelle and javier purchased a rv from lakeshore rv for the amount of 12,833.00 in cash. We purchased the unit on feb. 23 and the unit arrived on march 21 at our camp site. I can not put the unit on the road because we did not receive the title to the unit. Lakeshore stated that they sent out the title fedex on may 01. Fedex did not see any of us because we were at work. I feel that lakeshore should help us to get another title. Mike stated that he cant help us because it was a used unit. Please can anyone help us.
