On 7/18 I had complete AC unit installed for $3400.00. I had it inspected by county after one month. It passed but inspector pointed out to me dents and scratches on outside unit. I am 70 years old and did not expect any problems with unit nor did I look closely at the time. Fla Breeze will not even look at unit, they keep me on hold for hour. They say it is longer than one month they will do nothing. I did not buy scratch and dent unit I bought new one. Thank you, Lynda Lardies
