I purchased a Digital Chi flat iron for $68.99 on February 27th. I received it but it did not even heat up. They sent me another one and it lasted about one 6 weeks. I was never really happy with it as it did not heat up like the one my daughter has. Then, one day it just stopped working too. Their words were:
It's has been too long since the order, it is not acceptable to return for refund now.
You agreed our return policy when you bought the item from us.
So, I am out the money and no flat iron to work.
