I purchased one of the chi flat iron a white zebra 311 on the first week of augaust 12 then they should deliverd me on aug 20 after 6 weeks ive been using then this weekend on sunday sept. 30 is not working and theirs no heat anymore. I paid for $119.00 us dollars on my credit and already been deducted and now is useless coz is not working anymore..
