This guy ripped me off for $450, He claimed he could manage my rental properties in Detroit. He collected rent from a couple of tenants and never gave me the rent. I hired him to manage properties and do evictions, i found out he is not licensed realtor or contractor. Please be aware of this guy. He is a smooth talker and sounds like a great guy, He may ripp you off.
