When I signed up, thinking this was for Canadian grants, I agreed to pay 2.67 incl. Taxes, but when I got my credit card statement for June 27 - July 26/12, there was a charge for 59.88. Thinking this was a one time only, I waited for the next statement of July 27 - Aug. 27/12 and had a payment of 58.70. I also noted that charges were in US funds and had been converted to Cdn funds. The original payment of 2.67 was converted to 3.11. I had never agreed to these charges.
