I was charged $14.95 from lenderfast.com to my bank account on August 7th. I got an e-mail from my bank stating that there was an overdraft on my account in the amount of $35 & this caused my checking account to be closed. They told me they would only refund the $14.95. I never received my money. I then called them back and they then said they would mail my money because they said their computer system was down. This took several weeks;approximatly 4 i think. Still no refund in my mailbox. I am know taking the next step. Go to small claims court.
