We had phone, internet, & Cable hooked up on 5/8 the installation representative was late and took 2 hours to hook up our equipment.internet didn't work for over 1 week. We cancelled within 30 days on 6/6 and returned the product directly to them and they stated they refund the money on the 15th & 30th of each Month. We have went through 4 cycles (2months) waiting for the refund.in the meantime they billed us for 2 months of service that we didn't have. It is now 7/18 and are still trying to get them to resolve this or our next step is small claims court. The bank wants you to try to resolve with the merchant first. My advice would be to call your bank first then try to resolve. At least the money will be put into your account while it is trying to be resolved. Doesn't always mean you will win. So if the bank does refund the money. Don't spend it until you have a letter from your bank stating that it has been resolved and the money will not be taken out of your account. Otherwise you may have overdraft charges if they find in the favor of the merchant and decide to take the money out of your account. They should notify you of any decision but you never know when they will take the money back out and you need to plan to ensure the money is there just in case. Don't go to Comcast they are quick to take your money. Several calls. When you finally talk to someone you are disconnected, transferred. And then if you get somewhere they say we found the mistake while a rep is calling you on the other line stating you owe the bill and when can you make the payment on a closed acct. There packages are not that great... Comcast T.V. The channels are Repetitive final attempt said our acct. Credited your acct to a 0 balance and now said we should now get a check in the mail by August 15th. We are going to start the process for small claims...
