Single Driver Causes Delays Despite Advertised Delivery Times

Only had 1 driver, causing the orders to back up. When I called a second time to check in the order - Shaun said it would be another 1/2 hour! Why do they advertise that the order will be delivered in 20-30 minutes if they knew they only had 1 hour?!
