Got nothing back - Greyhound bus

I had a very bad experience with this BUS Service customer care severice. What happend one of my friend was coming from SAN Louis california to Indianapolis. So I called customer care a booked a ticket from SAN Louis to Indianapolis. Customer care spanish gril booked that ticket. When I asked her tell me the both destination names to me for confirmation she just replied that she booked that ticket from Los angeless to Indianapolis and I said no this not correct. Why you booked that ticket from Los angeless, I told you to book from SAn louis she replied that Now I can not change destination name and hanged the phone. I called again customer care and told them about the my concern then what replied I got... They can not cancel this ticket. So I just paid $256 for wrong destination. It sucks.
