I have complained because of the slow download of1.0/200 kbps i was not told of this slow ass crap i would never agreeed to pay 40 dolloars for such a rickdicklouss service. I think this is another goverement ripoff of the american public who has no other way to get internet service. A few days ago i was informed for another $146, oo & a extra tackon monthly fee of $14.00 i can upgrade to one step higher speed what a joke and no thank you i cancelled hughesnet. There is no excuse for this company charging such a fee for the worst high speed! I have seen better from dailup
