Total misrepresentation of Broadband High Speed Internet service. Cost amount not same as agreed upon

I just had the HughesNet service put in yesterday. Shortly after usage, the service became extremely slow; I was told this was because of the Fairness Usage Doctrine.

I have worked at a Teleport station for the last 8 years with between 25 - 30 T1's & T3's connections to service our customers. Never once have we had complaints against our Broadband services by any of the vessels we provided internet and phone services.

I haven't had this slow of service since I had dialup service 13 years ago and, to be hones, the dial up service was faster!

My advice to anyone considering HughesNet for an ISP... DON'T!!! It will be a waste of your money, your time, and your efforts!
Better to try comcast or att uverse if they are available to your area.
