They say that you can get information on grants and then tell you it is a one time fee of 2.95, then they tell you that you have to wait 24 hours to connect to site. And also tell you that it will be a reoccurring charge after you pay the 2.95 for the subscription. Then you cant get into the site, and the give oyu the run a around on the phone.
