Ripoff - cancelled before 7 days but still charged a fee

Same as reported by others - I signed up and took a look. Cancelled it the same day as it was obviously junk. Just saw the charge on my credit card, called them and they said I never cancelled it. They cancelled it but refused to refund the credit so I am disuputing the charge with my credit card company.
