Rip Off

I have tried many times in the past four months to get these people to stop charging my credit card for what ever it is that they do. I received no product no service from these people. I tried calling no one answers the phone. There is no address that I can can get in touch with someone.

I have been on the phone for hours with my credit card company to get them to stop the charges, good luck there. They say they can dispute the charges, but still charge my account for the charge. I go over my limit and they charge my a fee! They say they can not stop them from charging my card. How do I get this to stop!
