To whom it may concern. I recently purchased a mobile food trailer from Mr Weily. I sent him $7.500 as a 50% deposit. As required by Mr Weily, all seemed to be going well. It was estimated that the trailer would be finiushed by the 17/5 2012.. I requested for Mr Weily to inform me 2 days before it was ready to transport it from Qld to Adelaide (where I live).. He said I could fly up on monday the 14/5.. When I arrived to his workshop, I saw that the trailer was nowhere near ready. The roof was not on. Silicon or wheels. There was still lots to be done. So that is my first complaint. As when 2 weeks later I finally picked it up from dry creek Adelaide. What a SHOCK..
The trailer was not only leaking badly. The silicon job was hurenduss. I have photos and video of how it was presented to me..
He said that he would reinburse me the costs of fixing the leaks and the silicon. He was also supposed to supply me with a shade annex and dust cover of which I never recieved. Still. He used second hand tyres and no spare supplied. None of the weld points were painted and the door would`nt shut...!! It cost me $250.00 to fix the leak..$180.00 to fix silicon and $600.00 for an annex.., Ever since he got his money he has not comunicated with me appropiatly. Keeps saying he`ll send me money. For three mths now..
His work is shonky to say the least. Expensive and nasty..
