After the initial payment of $38, I signed up for a one week free trial. It said I can ask as many questions, any time.

I asked questions and got offers of replies with the heading "Free (normally $19)" or similar amounts. I then accepted the offer of answers and were asked to rate the answers at the end to complete the conversation, which I did.

Later on, I found out that they had charged me some US105 for these questions.

Also, there was a small print "subject to fair use" which I only found out later when someone form JustAnswer wrote to tell me that they will suspend my membership if I asked too many questions.

At no time did I authorise any payments and I had since cancelled the free trial. I could not remove my credit card number in my account with them though I had tried to.

I wrote to them for a refund and they pretended no to know my account. I had not heard from the since.
