Bad service and higher pricing

I went to the shop to get brakes done. Told brakes are fine after I had to wait one hour. Then she wanted to sell me other services but I was interested in transmission flush. She said the best prices in town is around 175 some dollars with tax if not wrong. I agreed and sat in waiting area when I saw sign beating other competitor's prices. I quickly googled on my phone and showed Sears price for 109.00. She called Sears verified and agreed to match. Then made me wait almost another hour and came back saying that the machine is broken and can't do the transmission flush. I wasted almost 2 hours and nothing got accomplished. And also funny that I had to wait almost 1 hr before I was told its broken. May be it had to with the price matching. This is really a bad way to do business.
