I have the same complaint as the previous person, only I would not agree to the lifetime fee, and was still convinced to go with the basic support option for 119.00 - everything else happened exactly the same, only different date and different fees. Same billing (Mercaway), same claim as Happy Software tech support for Microsoft Windows 7.

Now I am concerned as to what they put on my computer and if I have left myself open to being a victim of identity theft or any other cyber crimes.

Very clever and convincing on their part.
