I have a contract with ahs, refrigerator just stoped working. It is a french 2 door with frizzer on the bottom, 7 years old called ahs, they sent one company to my home, he did something, it worked about 1/2 hour he was half way bcak to his shope i guess, anyway called back, they did not answer their phones, called ahs bcak and told then had to wait 24 hours before a second company arrived, this man has been to our home every other day, putting a band aid on the refrigerator, i have lost all my food from top and bottom, when i relly started to complain as to why he was not fixing the refrigerator his reply was lets give it another day - well many days have passed and it is still not reparied, in my contract it so states that if it can not be reparied
they will replace it, well i just want the same one back, now just 3 days ago this man tell them it can be fixed? Well why did he not do it? It is now the 5th week, and it is sunday sept 2 and i still have to buy ice for the coolers out side (3) it is very hot here
and no one at the company gives a (inappropriate content removed)' i am at my wits end and do not know were to turn. Oh yes it is a maytag french door.
