Took my information and spend time doing everything they could to keep me online after I realized they were likely a scam - will not refund payment on credit card since they spend time trying to convince me they were a supporting me they are out of Manilla. They claim to provide certified tech support for all types of accounts - google, hotmail, msn, etc. Amount is for a year supposedly. Trust me, we are legitamate. And the errors on our website - a clue to me they were not supported by MSN/Hotmail are due to this is a "beta site."

I have a horrible spiral on my laptop preventing me from getting hotmail access and it is doing terrible damage to my laptop and all my contacts - once given my information. I look up the information for ammyy and teamview.com and realized I may be taken for a ride.

I will do my best to get all off my laptop and cancel my credit card.

If they are a real company they would not do this - charge for their time promoting their service. I feel very foolish if this is a scam.
