18TH July I agreed to pay £ 28 for an answer to a problem with the stability system of my car (VX Astra) Although no answer was given £28 was debited from my account. A further £28 was debited 24th July and again 24th August.
Lloyds bank has been particularly unhelpful saying it is my fault for giving them my card number.
