I bought a few items off this website that appeared as somewhat good value but did not go according to plan.
1) Paid $1 for Paintball which told me I was saving $45 and there was no mention anywhere that I would have to pay more later on.
Upon calling to make my booking I was advised of this and told them I would not go ahead with the booking due to this.
They told me to contact the company which fell of deaf ears.
2) $1 payment to apply for a credit card where I could possibly receive cashback of up to $100 if I am successful applicant.
I never heard back after filling all details in and was left in the dark.
Completely UNFAIR.
3) Bought 2 vouchers for $29 each to use at a famous restaurant in Bondi Beach which was always so busy that no booking was able to be established and therefore was unable to utilize the voucher.
The restaurant blamed the company jumponit.com and told me they don't get paid unless I use it.
Completely lost my confidence in purchasing online and buying anything in particular services.
Distrust at online websites was a result of the perceived negligence by this sole company.
