Agent offed to lower my interest rates by $3000.00. With an upfront fee of $1995.00.
The problem is they recorded my voice stating that i agreed with them and allow no 3day change of mind. However I changed my mind and did not want to go thru with this Orlando Florada Co. The main reason is they wanted the money up front. They stated that if they could, t save $3000 in interest on all my cards i would get back my deposit. They would not let me cancel and threated to withdraw the $1995 today. How can i avoid this situation?
