I received a call from Dynamic Financial 2 on December 20 soliciting credit services which would lower the interest rates on all my credit cards. The purchase amount for the services rendered was quoted for $790.00 one time fee. They said they would be sending out a packet with papers I would need to fill out and sign with prompt return in order for them to get started.

On December 21, after more discussion with my husband we decided not to go forward. I contacted them on December 22 and expressed my wishes to cancel the services and requested for them not forward any packet to my home. The customer service representative told me the services was non-refundable and stated if I attempted to stop the charge from being posted to my account they would produce a recording of me granting them permission to charge my Sears Gold Card. I told her I was not denying I gave them permission to charge my account on the 20th, but I had changed my mind and no longer wanted the services which had not even started yet because I had not received the package, completed the forms and return it to them. She was very rude and told me someone would be contacting me. No one ever did.

I attempted to call them back several times and was not successful getting anyone on the phone. On January 12, I received a document envelope from Dynamic Financial 2. I wrote return to sender on the front and back of the envelope and dropped it in the mail the next day. I simply changed my mind the very next day before any services were rendered and all I want is my money back. I was never told I could not change my mind before I received the services. I was only told there was a money back guarantee if they were not able to save me $4,000 in the first year of service. My credit card company states they can not help get the money back without a copy of the cancellation policy from Dynamic Finanical. Obviously I don't have one to forward to my creditor. I want my money back. Now I have to pay for something I do not have.
